Safety Officer (SHEMTRAC)

Shemtrac is a practical occupational health, safety and environmental management course for people working in South African workplaces. It covers the core responsibilities of workplace safety representatives and supervisors, including hazard identification, risk assessment, incident reporting, legal duties, emergency preparedness and environmental controls. Learners will work through common workplace situations and learn how to support safer daily operations, communicate safety concerns clearly and contribute to a compliant health and safety system.
