I am Thabile Ningi-Jezile, currently working at Zibele construction Company as Community Liaison Officer. My daily work is to :
Keeping communities informed about the progress of the project, to manage recruitment of workers and local subcontractors, municipality and community structures with respect, for the achievement of socio-economic development targets.
I find it so interesting and important to do health and safety course as to familiarize my self with safety precautions at my workplace, identifying health hazards so as to reduce them.
The topic interesting is tool box talk
Tool box talk is very important because it deals with prevention of health hazards in a workplace, it is about an awareness about taking health and safety precautions in the work place to prevent accident,censuring compliance and teaches new skills.
